Return Policy

At ArtPrintsVicky, every artwork is made to order and personalised (size, material, colour scheme, layout). Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we cannot resell it if returned. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
 
This policy is fully compliant with:
– UK — Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b)
  (exemption for goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised).
– EU — Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)
  (exemption from the 14-day right of withdrawal for custom-made goods).
– Other regions — our standard made-to-order terms apply.
 
Before we print — free proof on every order
As soon as you place an order, we send you a digital proof by email
showing exactly how your artwork will look. We wait up to 24 hours
for your reply before printing, so you have time to:
– Confirm size, material, colour scheme, and orientation
– Check spelling of any personalised text, names, or dates
– Verify the shipping address
– Request changes or cancel at no cost
If we do not hear back within 24 hours, we assume the proof is approved and begin production. For this reason, please check your inbox (and spam folder) after ordering.
 
If your parcel arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge.
– Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
– Send clear photos of the damaged artwork and the outer packaging.
– You do NOT need to return the damaged item.
– We typically reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

If tracking confirms your parcel is lost, or delivery is significantly delayed beyond carrier estimates, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Once loss is confirmed, we arrange a free replacement.
 
Incorrect address or unclaimed parcels
If a parcel returns to us because the address was incorrect or the delivery was not claimed, we can resend it, but a second shipping fee applies. Original shipping is non-refundable in these cases.
 
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or modify your order free of charge any time before you reply to the proof email — up to 24 hours after placing the order. Once the proof is approved (either by reply or after the 24-hour window), production begins automatically and cancellation is no longer possible. This is what allows us to dispatch within 2–4 business days.
 
Customs and import taxes
Any customs duties or import taxes charged on delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and are outside our control.
